So many younger evangelical pastors become discouraged when they hear great preachers and they don't know how to respond. be like that person, teach like them, live like them? Younger generations are starved for pastoral mentoring relationships and find counsel in the example of others. I, myself, am working through finding my own voice as I start out preaching and dealing with this same process. Thanks, this was helpful.
